A BIG WHOOOPWHOOOP! To all those rockstars who completed the 2009 Kusam Klimb! ELM was well represented by the Adventure Running clan (above) who all endured their very first Kusam!
And by the sounds of things they actually enjoyed it and plan on being there again next year! Glad to hear they weren't cursing me with every step...I knew you would love it!! So hard but so rewarding!

What next? A weekend without a race for me...but GO EXTREME RUNNERS GIRLS GO! Cathy, Lene and Alma are all off to Seattle to run the Half and Full Rock and Roll marathon!!!
