Tuesday

My weekly snapshot continues with a regular busy Tuesday for me...



5:00am Wake up call, banana pb and coffee...



5:35am Head to Comox Marina Park to lead ELM Sunrise Bootcamp...forgot my camera...:(

6:00-7:15 Instruct, motivate, challenge, encourage, correct my morning recruits. My goal is to give my participants the most bang for their buck at each and every workout....to make sure they leave feeling like they not only worked HARD but that they also worked SMART and challenged their body in a full on functional way...



7:30-8:00 Shower and make breaky- Uncle Bobs 8 grain hot cereal. Today I made the full 4 serving batch, added some raisins, pecans, cinnamon and blueberries. After dishing out my breaky (with soy milk and more pecans:) I put the rest in the fridge so I can just heat and eat for the rest of the week. Cook once...eat 3 times is one of my mottos when I am trying to find more time in my week.



8:00-8:50am Computer/Office: Client program prep, class prep, FIRES: Email meltdown...after trying to delete 2500 emails from my sent folder at one time my email completely crashed...troubleshooooooting...



This is a more uplifting shot from my office wall...rather than one of my email explosion...







9-11:00am Personal Training clients at the gym...go go go! Challenge...push...encourage...motivate...educate...


11:15...Fill up the tank! Running on EEEEE...Double airmiles at Shell this month! On my way somewhere...




11:30-12:30- Computer...return phone messages...try to get SHAW on the line...


12:30-12:55pm...Eat my lunch while troubleshooting with SHAW...my gal is a Lifesaver! She helps me sort it all out and make my inbox happy again...don't contaminate your deleted folder! Delete your sent messages every 3-4weeks!! And dont' try to delete more than 100 messages at a time (I went for more than 2500...ooops:).


1-2:00pm Afternoon Personal Training client In Home in Comox...Listen to Deepak Chopra and Ben Harper on the commute...


I was experiencing pain around my neck and left shoulder a few months back when I realized I was driving with my left arm on top of the steering wheel...and then I started to do the math...I drive for 1.5-2hours every day between clients and classes. Time to drive with the hands on the bottom of the wheel, and pay better attention to correct posture- now I am all better:) What could be causing your new neck pain??


2:30-3:30pm Video tape practice SCORE session at Island Pilates...trying out my new video camera and getting set to upload ELM workouts into the WWW and onto your computer!


3:30-4:45- Welcome, greet, instruct, motivate, educate, challenge my SCORE class (30 minute core and 30 minute stretch!)




4:45-5:10 - Pick up ELM Run clinic manuals from SURE copies and deliver to Arran- ELM Learn to Run Women Clinic instructor for her class tonight. The class is growing and everyone needs a manual of course!


5:30 - Home - reheat lasagne, check inbox, email and put out fires, Dinner...Relax...

7:30 In bed reading...8:30 zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Hey Sarah! Still following along here in Cold Lake and very happy to know that I am not the only one on the planet who gets up crazy early and goes to bed by 8:30 pm!
