And now for something completely random...
I am off to New York today for nearly a week to explore the big apple and go see Madonna with my sisters! Yes...a little out of my usual routine but what the hell! I will have pics and tales to tell upon my return! See you again on October 9th!

Sooooooooo jealous of you right now!! Missing our workouts to, but I am getting back into the routine here in Cold Lake and taking advantage of the warm weather before the snow hits! Make sure you work Luarel hard when you see her in a few weeks!! LOL
