Research: Injury Rates in Runners Wearing Traditional vs Minimal Footwear

Better late than never!  Thank you for your patience as we have been working through the ins and outs of conducting our first pilot study as well as publishing our first research paper over the past (very long) while.  We hope you enjoy reading about the study and our findings.
