It's been ages since I have posted a new recipe- but this one is too good to not share!
I discovered this great keeper, during a raw food ‘cooking’ class with Raw Rose
many moons ago. I've never met anyone that didn't fall in love with it and it literally takes minutes to preprae. Enjoy! Thanks Raw Rose!
Banana Lemon Pie (Raw, Vegan, Gluten Free)
3 cups pecans or walnuts
1.5 cups raisins
3 medium bananas
1.5 lemons
1-2 cups fruit of choice for topping.
Process nuts. Add raisins until clumping.
Press into 9*9 pan. Grate lemon rind on top.
Coat sliced bananas in lemon juice and pour over
base.
Top with fruit of your choice.
*Try not to eat the whole thing!
