Nica Ferry. The only way to get to Ometepe Island, the largest Island on a lake in the world, is by Nica Ferry. We had a hard time convincing our buddies Cathy and Peter to go to the Island but I can't imagine why...the last time they planned to make the crossing, the ferry sunk half way across the 2 hour ride.
